Welcome to WallVesper. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and transparent service for customers across the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Continental United States
Alaska
Hawaii

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days for U.S. destinations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and remote delivery locations.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8 USD per order. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. WallVesper is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
