Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.


How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is:

  • 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, and remote delivery locations.


How much is shipping?

We charge a flat shipping fee of:

  • $8 USD per order

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We accept return or exchange requests within:

  • 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition.


Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Customers may request exchanges within the eligible return period.

For personal exchange requests, a flat exchange shipping fee of $8 USD applies.


When is return shipping covered by WallVesper?

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The product does not match the order

Do customers pay return shipping fees?

For personal return or exchange requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A flat return shipping fee of:

  • $8 USD

will apply.


How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5–7 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.


Is there a restocking fee?

No. WallVesper does not charge restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.


Can I return items to the shipping address on the package?

No.

Please do NOT send returns directly to the original shipping address or the address shown on the package.

The authorized return address will be provided by email after your return request has been approved.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Products & Materials

Are your products handmade?

Many of our products are carefully handcrafted and assembled in our workshop in Binzhou, China.


Will the product colors look exactly the same as the photos?

We try our best to display product colors accurately.

However, slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.


Are your wall decorations ready to hang?

Some products are ready to hang, while others may require simple assembly or installation.
