Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Not show signs of damage caused by improper use
Eligible Return & Exchange Situations
We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was received
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item significantly differs from the product description
- The customer wishes to exchange the item for personal reasons within the eligible return window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or intentional damage
- Used or altered products
- Items without original packaging
Return Shipping Fees
Seller-Covered Return Shipping
WallVesper will cover return shipping costs if:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect
- The item does not match the original order
In these situations, customers will not be charged return shipping fees.
Customer-Covered Return Shipping
If the customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons, including:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Preference changes
the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
A flat return shipping fee of $8 USD will apply, which is equal to our standard shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within the eligible 14-day return period.
For personal exchange requests, a flat exchange shipping fee of $8 USD will apply.
If the exchange is caused by a seller error or product issue, WallVesper will cover the exchange shipping cost.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within:
- 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
No Restocking Fees
WallVesper does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
